Paul M. Novak has extensive and diversified experience in business valuations as well as in all aspects of corporate, partnership, individual, trust, and estate taxes, which includes tax preparation, tax review, tax planning, and tax consulting services. He has been involved in several types of financial statement analysis and compilation services.
Paul has conducted numerous business valuations for gift and estate purposes, marital disputes, shareholder disputes, and mergers and acquisitions. He is an Accredited Business Valuator (ABV) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Paul graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Orleans with a major in accounting.
